One afternoon, Kalina Blosser, who works as a Kansas City court clerk, took her seat beside Judge Joe Locascio in their local municipal Courtroom H. She expected a normal day, but saw her boyfriend Mike Severo coming up to the stand to plead his case. Mike worked alongside her in the communications department, and they were able to meet for lunch almost everyday. She was relaxed, till she spotted his mother.
Judge Locascio started to read all of Mike’s charges – and unsurprisingly, they weren’t ordinary. Mike pleaded guilty to all of them, while Kalina was blushing heavily throughout. Mike then requested to address her directly – it was a proposal!
