If their child continues to be a bully the parents then face a $366 fine for the first offense after the probationary period.
The fine jumps to $681 for a second offense! Right on!
The sad thing about this is that the child is a bully probably because of some issues at home.

So, punishing the parents may only make life for the bully even more difficult. Maybe mandatory family counseling is in order for the families of children who bully others.
