Could you imagine being a new mom of ten? This pit bull was. Then try to imagine being that new mom of ten and you (and your babies) get dumped at an animal shelter.
This pit bull and her ten puppies were found outside the Sacramento SPCA one morning. The pups were just a few days old. There was no note or any explanation as to why the family was left there.
The mother wasn’t chained or tied up. She could have just left her babies, but she stayed. This dog loved her babies even though she didn’t have any love from her owners.
If you don’t want to deal with a dog and newborn puppies – get your animals spayed or neutered.
