In KwaNtsila village, Eastern Province, South Africa, Kamvelihle Ngala, 4, was outside playing with friends when he disappeared the day after Easter. According to authorities, he was kidnapped by his uncle. The tragic and disgusting part of this story is that they now know that the boy was killed and eaten by his uncle.

The uncle reportedly skinned the child, ate his heart, and drank his blood. After searching all night for her grandson, Nontuthuezelo Gwanya, 70, stumbled on the murder scene at the house of her nephew. She recalls seeing a lot of blood and then she saw Kamvelihle’s hand and some pieces of meat.

Shockingly, her nephew told her that he had killed and eaten the boy. Neighbors claim that the young boy’s skull had been skinned and broken in half. What was left of his brain was on the shelf next to the salt shaker.
