The bond was strong and instant – there was no way Gavin was going to let that cat go. Gavin named his new cat Lucky. Erin took the cat to BluePearl Animal Hospital to be treated. A good Samaritan read about Gavin’s efforts and offered to pay for most of the medical expenses.
